Exercising to get Results Without Changing Diet
When it comes to pursuing fitness goals, it’s NOT all about a diet that can lead to spending time, energy, and experiencing stress trying to figure out the best diet and approach for an individual to achieve their desired results. Results and progress to become healthier and see results are still achievable by applying the principles of resistance training in workouts and not stressing or becoming discouraged over a diet or meal plan. Nutrition is very important, but when the principles of resistance training are applied in workouts, an individual will feel physical adaptations during and will get results that will change their physical composition. This can be a large motivational factor to help consistently start and finish workouts, as individuals will be feeling and seeing results in and out of the gym.
Nutrition is a large part of a healthy lifestyle, but it is still possible to achieve great results, build muscle, burn more calories, and not change anything with a diet. This can be accomplished by applying principles of resistance training in the gym or during workouts to build more muscle and burn more calories without changing eating habits. The human body has physical composition. This is a measurement of a person’s muscle mass, fat mass, and bone density. It’s what is used in the fitness industry to measure a person’s physicality and health. When resistance training is started, a focus is on the muscles, bones, and heart, which will all help burn more calories. The more muscle mass an individual gains, the more calories the body burns. The new muscle mass is also replacing the current fat tissue, which will help to build more muscle and reduce the fatty tissue amount.
If an individual is new to a workout routine, their physical composition is targeted from the first workout. When the correct principles of resistance training are applied, the body will build more muscle, develop denser bones, and have a healthier heart that will circulate more blood more efficiently throughout the body. This will help burn more calories: MORE MUSCLE = FASTER METABOLISM = MORE CALORIES BURNED.

This is the process of a creature's body adapting to its external environment to survive. The same thing applies to the human body when it experiences a new stimulus from the weight being used in an exercise. The muscle will adapt to the weight being used (new stimulus) and will experience a physical adaptation.
There are many principles of resistance training that can be followed in weight training and have value because resistance training and working out to see progress and results is about helping the body create physical adaptations. Some principles to follow with resistance training are: Progressive Overload, Principle of Variability, Volume, Intensity, Tempo, Rest.
Resistance training and nutrition are two different sciences, but they complement each other when their methodologies are applied correctly. Meal planning and cooking can take up more time and energy than working out and can be overwhelming to individuals looking to achieve a healthier lifestyle.
